Accused Stanthorpe thief facing 23 charges denied bail
A STANTHORPE man facing 23 charges over recent break-ins and drug possession has been refused bail in Warwick Magistrates Court.
41-year-old Anthony Liam Panzera appeared in court on Friday facing a list of charges including nine counts of Break and Enter of Premises and Committing Indictable Offences, four counts of Entry to Premises with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence, two counts of Wilful Damage and numerous other damage, unlawful entry and drug procession charges.
Panzera, who represented himself in court, applied for bail.
His bail application was opposed by police and rejected by Magistrate Bevan Manthey.
Panzera has been remanded in custody and will appear in Warwick Magistrates Court on August 1.
He was not required to enter plea to any charge.
