Bail granted for meth lab co-accused at Rockhampton court
THE man accused of running a drug lab was granted bail yesterday and will return to the address where police found the meth lab this week.
Gregory Ronald Roginson, 47, faced Rockhampton Magistrates Court seeking bail.
He is facing a string of charges including possessing drugs and drug-related utensils after a raid at his Clifton St address on Tuesday.
Police found a clandestine drug lab at the house, along with a large amount of cash.
Roginson will appear in court on February 9 regarding the charges.
The conditions of Roginson's bail include no contact with co-accused Ricky Lee Tokotaua, who has also been granted bail.
Tokotaua appeared in court straight after Roginson on a bail application as well. He is also facing charges of drug possession and possessing property expected to be the proceeds of an offence under the Drugs Misuse Act.
The 28-year-old was granted bail and will reappear in court on April 6. He is also facing a knife possession charge.
Tokotaua's bail conditions include no contact with co-offender Roginson.
Magistrate Cameron Press told the men separately that if they commit any further offences he has no problem revoking their bail.
