
Bail refused in M'boro court for alleged Subway attacker
A WOMAN who allegedly attempted to stab a Subway employee with a knife has been denied bail in Maryborough Magistrates Court.
Vivian Leigh Daly, 40, had a brief appearance before the court yesterday.
On Friday she was charged with attempted murder and enter premises with intent to commit an indictable offence.
Daly applied for bail but it was refused by Magistrate John Smith.
The case was adjourned until April 4 when the charges will be heard for a committal mention.
