Body of toddler found in Caboolture home
THE death of a toddler found in a Caboolture home after midnight is being treated as suspicious by detectives.
Police were called to a Deanne Court address around 12.30am today, after emergency services workers located the body of a 21-month-old boy inside the premises.
A crime scene has been established. A 35-year-old man is currently assisting police with their enquiries.
Neighbour Debbie Moke told ABC News she was woken up at 2am by police who said there had been a "bad case of assault". She said the man being questioned lived at the property.
"He just comes and goes, he doesn't have much to do with the cul-de-sac," she said.
"It's just sad, it's a really, really bad situation to be in.
"It's unsettling.
