Community chips in to fix up Corones

CORONES Hotel’s new owners got a great helping hand last week as more than 50 community members pitched in to help out.

Starting at 8am sharp, they cleaned, moved, lifted and carried everything from wooden pallets to a piano.

The work isn’t done yet and volunteers are welcome to get the enormous hotel back in order. But hopefully it’s put a bit of a dent in a once-daunting task.
