Police on the hunt for stolen cars in Roma

POLICE across the Roma district are looking for two stolen cars, believed to the in the area after being taken from Cunnamulla and Mitchell overnight.

Both were reported to police this morning, with the first car, being stolen from Alice St, Cunnamulla.

The second was stolen from Short St, Mitchell.

A Queensland Police spokeswoman confirmed all available units in Roma are on the lookout for the cars, after one of them was sighted close to town this morning.

The Western Star understands three juveniles may be involved in the incidents.
