Fatal Buddina bashing accused’s matters in court
A MAN who allegedly delivered the blow that killed Scott Williams at a Buddina unit has had his case briefly mentioned in Maroochydore Magistrates Court.
Brandon John Mischewski, 39, remained in prison and did not appear in person or via videolink this afternoon.
He was charged in January with unlawful striking causing death after 33-year-old Mr Williams' body was found at a Boorook St unit block in Buddina on January 24.
Police prosecutor Sergeant Tanya Fitzgerald said there were four boxes of prosecution material ready for collection by Mischewski's defence lawyer for consideration.
Mischewski's matters were adjourned until June 16.
