Police find body of man, 39, after fatal hang glider crash

A MAN has died yesterday afternoon following a hang glider crash near Beaudesert.

Police were called to a rural area near Biddaddaba around 4pm following reports that a hang glider had come down in the area.

Police and other emergency services have attended the site, and the body of a 39-year-old man was located.

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident, and police are preparing a report for the coroner.
