Paramedics were put on standby at the property but were not required to treat or transport anyone at the scene.

A QFES spokeswoman said crews reported the fire was extinguished by 4.35am.

Fire investigators will attend the property today to determine the cause of the fire.

It was the second reported structure fire this morning after a neighbour reported smoke billowing from windows of an abandoned house at Clifton shortly after 6am.
