Offenders allegedly attempt to break into multiple homes

Wilful damage

In the early hours of Tuesday, January 5, unknown offender/s have allegedly approached an house on Racecourse Drive and gained access to the yard of the dwelling.

About 4am, Charleville police allege unknown offender/s have kicked a gate shut causing the fixed panel to smash.

The unknown suspect/s have then decamped from the address in an unknown direction.

Officers are still investigating the matter.

Break and enter

Charleville police are investigating after unknown offender/s have allegedly stolen alcohol and damaged property at an Alfred St home.

About 11.15pm on Monday, January 4, officers allege the suspect/s forcefully gained entry to the premise, stole a quantity of alcohol and damaged other items.

Police believe the offender/s then decamped in the direction towards the Warrego river.

Stolen wallet

Between 9.30pm on Wednesday, January 6 and 6am on January 7, Charleville police allege unknown offender/s gained entry into a dwelling on King St and stolen a wallet.

The offender/s allegedly entered via an unlocked door, conducted a search of the dwelling and located a purse owned by the victim containing a quantity of money and stolen the wallet and money.

Police believe the offender/s have decamped from the dwelling in an unknown direction.

Attempted Break and enter

Charleville police allege two offenders have approached an address on Parry St and attempted to enter the dwelling.

On Wednesday, January 6 officers state the offenders approached from an unknown direction.

The residents of the address heard their dogs barking and observed two offenders running away from the address, one on a bike and the other on foot.
