One-year-old boy airlifted after Fraser Island fall

A YOUNG boy was transported off of Fraser Island on Sunday (December 18) after he fell from a height onto rocks.
Aged one, the boy sustained suspected head injuries after falling from a 1.5m height at Waddy Point.
An RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter flew to Orchid Beach on Fraser Island at 10:04am.
The boy was airlifted with his mother from Orchid Beach to Hervey Bay Hospital in a stable condition.
