Suspected Gold Coast bikie to face drug charges
A SUSPECTED bikie on the Gold Coast has been busted with a range of drug offences after he was caught by a random drug test on Tuesday.
Police say that at 9.40am a 42-year-old Pacific Pines man, thought to be a member of the Lone Wolf outlaw motorcycle gang was given a random drug test, which suggested narcotics in his system.
When they searched his car, police allegedly found a "quantity of drugs" including ice, cannabis as well as utensils in a false compartment in the vehicle's engine bay.
He is now due to face Southport Magistrates Court on February 23 on five drug charges and possessing equipment used to imbibe.
