Three taken to hospital after car hits tree near Esk
THREE people have been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a serious crash at Redbank Creek near Esk this afternoon.
At about 3.15pm, a vehicle travelling towards Esk left the roadway and collided with a tree on Esk Hampton Road at Redbank Creek.
The male driver and two passengers, a male and female, sustained serious injuries and were transported to Toowoomba Base Hospital for treatment.
Traffic control remains in place and the Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
Five people have died on Queensland roads today.
