
Truck and Car smash brings Bruce Hwy to a halt
UPDATE: Southbound traffic has now cleared after this afternoon's truck-and-car collision at Morayfield.
Traffic cameras show no congestion, with flow having returned to normal on the Bruce Highway.

BRUCE Hwy is a scene of traffic chaos this afternoon, after all lanes were closed following a two vehicle crash.
A truck and a car have collided on the Highway in Morayfield, with Queensland Police confirmed that they are currently on-scene at the Buchanan Road ramp.
A QPS spokesperson said two lanes have been reopened since the smash, reported at 1.37pm.
The crash is affecting southbound traffic, with traffic backed up as far as the Caboolture/Bribie Island Road interchange.
Queensland Ambulance are also on scene, and are treating a female patient in a stable condition.
Police are remaining on site to manage traffic.
The Department of Transport and Main Roads has confirmed that the left lane blocked and long delays expected.
