Three injured after consecutive crashes on Bruce Highway


TWO people were injured and one taken to hospital in two crashes on the Bruce Highway last night.

Paramedics assessed and treated two people with minor injuries after a three vehicle crash at Tanawha at 5.30pm.

Just minutes before that crash paramedics were called to a two vehicle crash on the Bruce Highway near Parklands where they transported a female in her 30s to hospital for spinal precautions.


IT'S slow going for traffic travelling on the Bruce Highway this evening after two separate crashes.

Three vehicles have been involved in a crash on the Bruce Highway northbound at 5.30pm just before exit 194 at Tanawha.

Emergency services are currently on scene and treating one male in his 20s and another female patient both with sore necks.

Ten minutes earlier paramedics and police were responding to a two vehicle crash on the Bruce Highway near Parklands.

Emergency services were called to the crash just before the Parklands exit at 5.20pm where it is believed that one car has side-swiped another car.

Ambulance officers are currently treating one female patient in her 30s with a sore head.



Mitchell and surrounding small towns have been affected.
