Woman in 80s trapped for seven hours after rollover
AN ELDERLY Gold Coast woman spent at least seven hours trapped in a vehicle after it rolled down an embankment and onto its side.
Queensland Ambulance Service said paramedics were called to Amulla Court, Mudgeeraba at 7.03pm last night after reports of a vehicle 20 meters down an embankment.
"They treated a female patient in her 80s for serious leg injuries.
"The patient was entrapped in the vehicle and needed to be cut free.

She was transported in a serious condition to Gold Coast University Hospital.
