Young boy reportedly thrown down stairs in Yeppoon assault

BREAKING 5.15PM: AMBULANCE and police crews are responding to a James St phone-box following the assault of a young boy.
The 13-year-old called emergency services claiming he had suffered a possible fractured jaw from an assault.
Further reports indicate he was thrown down a set of stairs and is being transported to Yeppoon Hospital.
